About
Coach Brown Softball is dedicated to the development of athletes through high-level instruction and a commitment to excellence. With over 15 years of coaching experience, I provide focused training in hitting, fielding, and position-specific skills to prepare players for success at every level of the game. My goal is to build complete athletes who are technically sound, mentally prepared, and ready to compete.
Lessons & Classes
At Coach Brown Softball, we provide specialized training designed to develop athletes into confident, technically sound, and game-ready players. All sessions are offered Monday through Friday in Monroe, LA and Ruston, LA.Hitting Lessons
Athletes receive advanced instruction focused on swing mechanics, rhythm and timing, and approach at the plate. Training emphasizes consistent contact, power development, and situational awareness to prepare hitters for higher-level competition.Advanced Hitting Class
This class builds on strong fundamentals to refine power and consistency at the plate. Focus areas include efficient energy transfer, pitch recognition, and situational hitting. Players will sharpen spatial awareness and develop a disciplined in-game approach through high-level drills and game-like reps.Fielding Class
This defensive training class develops proper footwork, glove work, and throwing mechanics. Athletes learn to improve range, reaction time, and in-game decision-making while building the consistency required to anchor a defense.Catcher Lessons
Catcher instruction emphasizes receiving, blocking, footwork, and throwing efficiency. Athletes are trained to command the field, manage pitchers, and master the fundamentals of the position with precision and confidence.
